Economics: Demand & Advertising

Advertising & Demand Project



The purpose of this project is to give the students a first hand look into the decisions companies and corporations have to make every day when deciding what products to produce and for whom.  Also, the students will begin to look into the importance of marketing when it comes to “selling” their product.

Your group is to create a product and market your product to your target audience.  Your group must answer the three basic economic questions. 

  • What to produce
  • How to produce it
  • For whom to produce
Assignment Expectations: 
    1. Create an Advertisement for your business that will increase demand of your product using Microsoft Publisher 
      1. Your company slogan must be in the ad
    2. Typed description of advertisement (what is going on) 
    3. Typed explanation of how your business answers the three Economic questions above.
    4. Email poster & typed answers to mrb.pearlcohn@gmail.com

You also must have a poster that explains how your product and research answers the three basic economic questions.
